Born and raised in London Ontario, Steph had always been involved in sports. Growing up she played competitive softball and volunteered as an athletic trainer for her high school’s football team.
Being active in and around sports, she knows what it is like to be sidelined with an injury, so she wants to help as many people as possible to get back to the game as quickly and as safely as possible.
She started her massage journey in 2008 and became certified in Swedish deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage. She continued to expand her knowledge in massage by returning to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated with honors from Westervelt College in January 2020. She is certified in Cupping and Indie Head massage and is dedicated to continue to expand her knowledge and abilities to help treat her patients.
